The five key Personal Elements of Powerful Leadership are:

Following this outline for authenticity, the Authentic Leadership Intensive is a powerful interactive and experiential program designed to develop each participant’s knowlege of their own leadership and communication styles. The program builds on what participants already know about effective communication and conflict and offers powerful experiential exercises to help participants apply this knowlege to the workplace. Gaps between expectations and perceptions of performance are discovered and opportunities to close the gaps are identified.

This is intended to be a four-day program with three days of the above-mentioned activities, models, and skills work. The fourth day is an off-site team experiential that enables participants to shift perspective and integrate awareness from the other parts of the program.
